Thursday is generally speaking our rest day for CrossFit. However, we still run classes at 5am (Coach Choice), 6am (Cartel Combat), 9:30am (Coach Choice) and 5:30pm (Gymnastics). 


1. Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.

6 Box Jump 30/24"
8 Heavy KB swing 32/24kg
10 Ball Slams 12/9kg
1-2-roll-2-hook Combo – 8 Reps

2. Complete 6 Rounds for time:

6/6 Sandbag Walking Lunges
1-2-1-2-1-2 - 6 Reps
9 Sandbag Cleans
1-2-body rip-hook-2 – 6 Reps
