1. Front Squat (70%x 3 reps, 80%x 3 reps, 90%x 3+ )

2. 10 rounds (30 minutes) – EMOM, perform:

-Minute 1 = 3x overhead squat (Work up to a max for the day)

-Minute 2 = 5-10x strict handstand push ups

-Minute 3 = 10x GHD sit ups
