1. Complete one round every minute:

Power Clean @ 80% 1RM – 1 Rep
Cartel Combat Burpee – 3 Reps
Seated medball throw – 5 Reps

*Complete 11 Rounds or 11 minutes of work. For every missed round, complete 10 burpees after the workout.

**Can use clean pull instead of clean pull

2. "Cartel Combat Fight Gone Bad" 

Complete three rounds of 1 minute at each station. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

1-2-pivot-1-2 – Max Reps
Alternating DB Snatch – Max Reps
1-1-2-lead hook-2-2 – Max Reps
Thrusters (bar only) – Max Reps
Situp to 1-2 combo – Max Reps

3. With a partner complete 6 rounds for time:

Heavy Farmer Carry – 25m
1-2 combo – 15 Reps
Sprint – 25m
Switch with partner
