Bag work – 40 sec
Barbell pushups – Max Reps Unbroken
Bag work – 20 sec
Rest 90 Seconds

2. Complete One Round on the Minute:

KB Swing, overhead (32/24) – 5 Reps
1-2-1-2-sprawl-knee – 5 Reps

*Complete 10 Rounds or 10 total minutes. For every missed round, complete 500 m rowing at the end of the workout.

3. Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

Wall Ball – 10 Reps
Boxing combo
